Utilities

It turns out that not all utilities are the same, so there are differences between utilities in our API. We try to cover these gotchas in this section of the documentation. Our goal is for nothing in our API to be a surprise.

What Data is Available?

To see what data (bills, intervals, etc.) can be collected for each utility, click here.

UtilityID

Each utility for which we offer service has a unique string identifier. Below are the list of utility identifier strings.

NOTE: Utility IDs are case-sensitive.

NOTE: Utilities sometimes change names, merge, or split, so this list may contain names of utilities that don't exist anymore but have the same ID as their new name. Also, there may be some utilities listed here twice if they have separate coverage in our system (for example, PSEG vs. PSEG-LI).
