Brand your authorization form with our latest set of authorization features

Build trust and increase conversions with an authorization form that matches your brand’s look and feel. Our new Branded Authorization features empower you to choose from five font options, three button styles, and customize colors to match your guidelines — so your customers feel confident completing the flow.

These new features add to our existing brand logo and URL redirect features, and are designed to make your authorization flow even more seamless.

Here’s an example of what a Branded Authorization can look like:

Pick the utilities your customers see

Ever had a utility account holder select the wrong utility, requiring you to send a second authorization form to get the data you need? Well, no more!

With the release of our new utility pre-selection feature, you can now limit, or “pre-select”,  which utilities appear in your account’s authorization form.

  • Only do work in PG&E’s service territory? Only show PG&E.
  • Only want complete, free collections using Eversource’s usage link platform powered by utility data exchange? Only show Eversource MA.
  • Only need to show utilities in specific states? Select those utilities and streamline your authorization form even more.

You can limit it to any number between 1 and 10 utilities, and don’t worry – even if you don’t change anything, all the utilities will still appear.

CA solar installers: are you getting the right data?

New California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) rules require that all residential solar-only and solar and storage projects use 12 months of interval data to calculate savings as part of the interconnection application.

We break down what’s changing and three ways to get compliant data fast.

Other Improvements and Fixes:

  • SoCalGas: Web portal adapter updated and is back online.
  • PG&E: Net Surplus Compensation charges for PG&E accounts are now incorporated into the monthly bill amounts.
  • SCE: Duplicative stopped meters will no longer appear on new green button proxy authorizations.
  • CA IOUs: The California Climate Credit is now included in the monthly bill amounts for PG&E, SCE, and SDG&E.
