Free monthly Data Collections

Every UtilityAPI account now receives one free data collection per month regardless of collection type (i.e., historical, monitoring, or refresh).  

The admin user or an approved account sub-user can initiate the free data collection at any time. Admin users can view which collection was free each month by visiting their  Payment Settings.

Single-click Authorization

 Our authorization form has been redesigned to enable single-click authorization and improve accessibility for all UtilityAPI users.

Reauthorization simplified

If a customer inputs incorrect login details during authorization, it’s now easier to request re-authorization. You’ll receive clearer insights into why the data request was unsuccessful and can resolve the issue directly within the dashboard.

Simplified Ongoing Monitoring pricing

We’ve simplified how you pay for Monitoring meters by eliminating the annual payment option and the need to commit to a pre-paid plan.  

All users can now use our pay-as-you-go option and monthly pricing to pay for our monitoring services.

Aurora Solar modeling & quoting

We’ve partnered with Aurora Solar to help you automate and standardize your solar and storage modeling and quoting. 

Users of both platforms can automatically pull customer interval data in 15, 30, or 60-minute intervals for accurate and efficient solar modeling and quoting.
