This UtilityAPI authorization form complies with U.S. Department of Energy Data Guard.

This is an authorization form that allows UtilityAPI to help utility account holders easily share their utility data with others. UtilityAPI is an independent service that complies with the U.S. Department of Energy's Data Guard privacy protection requirements.

We have very restrictive Terms of Service and Privacy Policies that do not allow us to share your data with anyone other than who you explicitly authorize. You can revoke authorization and delete your data at any time.

This authorization is free, but we do charge the company requesting your data a fee for the service of collecting the data. We do not aggregate, bundle, or sell your data (even anonymized) data to anyone.
