About PG&E errors

PG&E is requiring customers to log in to their PG&E account to confirm their phone number and email.

Ask this customer to confirm their contact information with PG&E to help ease the transition to the new system.

Starting this fall, PG&E customers will then need to verify their identity using multi-factor authentication (MFA). We are developing a solution that will allow your customers to verify their phone numbers via UtilityAPI. Unverified accounts will not have access to data. More about PG&E's online account changes.
